A Flag Above only stocks and sells genuine USA made products for our complete line of flags on this website. You may find flags that have ridiculously low prices on the internet somewhere else. In all likelihood those lower priced flags are manufactured in Asia and are constructed of lower-grade materials. The workmanship may be marginal upon close inspection. Why buy a flag that you may be embarrassed to own when you can buy the best there is at a reasonable price here?

The flags we sell on this website are Manufactured by Annin and Valley Forge. Both of these USA companies have been the leaders in the manufacturing of flags for decades. Annin and Valley Forge use DuPont SolarMax™ * for all nylon flags and have an unconditional 1-year warranty against color fading.

All of the nylon flags we sell are made from DuPont SolarMax™

*SolarMax® brand nylon was introduced by DuPont in 1996 to promote superior ultraviolet resistance and appearance benefits of a family of nylon yarns for use in outdoor fabric applications. The product line includes 200- and 400-denier bright and semi-dull luster, and 30- to 210-denier high-tenacity yarns.

DuPont nylon yarns have enjoyed excellent performance for many years in applications such as flags, banners, hot-air balloons, parachutes, sportchutes, life jackets, and tents. Inherent strength and built-in ultraviolet resistance, using a base type 6,6 nylon, allows superior performance over type 6 nylons and polyesters of similar fabric constructions.

For bright color or sparkling luster applications, the use of the bright or high-tenacity yarns makes attractive fabrics while maintaining even dye appearance and good screen printing/dyeing processing. Use of bright-luster yarns will also provide enhanced brilliance for higher-intensity screening graphics.
