- How fast is my order processed?
- Items in stock are shipped the
same day if the order is received by 2pm EST. Depending on your
Continental USA location, you should get your order in 2 to 3
days. Holiday shipping pressure may cause delays in the UPS
system.
- What if my item isn't in stock?
- Generally speaking, you will
receive an order that is not in stock in 5 to 10 business days by
UPS ground.
- How is my order shipped?
- Our first choice for shipping is
UPS Ground. If you want your order shipped differently call us at
1 877 GRP-FLAG or email us at
sales@grpflags.com.
- Overnight, Express and Priority
shipping is available by phoning in your order and having your
credit card information handy.
- Can you ship outside the
Continental United States?
- Yes we can. Just call us at us at

- Is my purchase guaranteed?
- Yes. All of our merchandise is
100% satisfaction guaranteed.
- What if I don't like the item I
receive?
- Just ship the unused item in the
original packaging it came in back to us, and after we verify it
is in original condition we will refund your money ASAP.
- What forms of payment do you
accept?
- MasterCard, Visa, American
Express, Discover and PayPal E-checks for online purchases. We
accept business/personal checks and money orders on phone or mail

for a mail in form. We also accept Purchase Orders from
Educational, Government and Business accounts. Organizations using
PO's will be charged a shipping and handling fee and will not be
able to use our Free Shipping offer.
